Please help me understand:
Once Regen is available to trade, buyers will be able to purchase shares of both Regen & ENTB directly, bypassing BMSN. WHY would buyers continue to purchase BMSN? What other value does BMSN have other than partial ownership of Regen, & ENTB (Which isn't valuable at all)? Therefore what is the reason for BMSN to continue to exist?
I must be missing something!
