I respectfully disagree. I want Regen to be separate and have clean start, clean history of being a worthy spinoff and not directly associated with negative past history of ENTB and BMSN lawsuits.
To spinoff Regen and issue dividend only to turn around and absorb the parent company would be interpreted by many as just another paperwork company trickery by Koos.
Let BMSN go its way and let Regen start fresh with low share count and positive speculation on FDA approval.
