IMO,MM's will try there very hardest to drive PPS as close to SMA200 as possible prior to license.Not sure they will hit that but .04 is highly likely. (there have been two trial runs already) Depending on the number of shares they still have to sell we could even see PPS very close to SMA200. I am setting my GTC limit order 15% over SMA200 and planning to enjoy the ride cause it's coming.
