I've been watching the L2 numbers for some time now. Each and every time it looks to make a move, the same 500,000 block at .03 comes up. Is it real? I have my doubts. Is it there to scare off would be investors? I think so. Shares offered ranging from 0.02-0.024 appear to be grabbed very fast. I do believe it to be associated to the 500,000 block by CSTI. This block could very well disappear fast if challenged at all, even absent of PR'd permit approvals.
