is that each OTC company is unique
but all will become *prey* when first traded as a pubco

fully filing vs non reporting vs selectively reporting

issued and outstanding >> 1 BILLION or 100 Million

mgmt strength/breadth (or not)

disruptive techs or a not ..

awareness based on DD done over years .. re: patterns in play
(ie *crews working cycle of money* and how they operate .. each level
is handled differently)

ability to make a phone call .. whether to Finra >> Knight's compliance desk
or FLA Bar Association

and ask questions designed to elicit answers

but the biggest irony is that investing isn't a team sport
and yet so many *seek* advice from various SMBs ..

i don't and never have .. and all the revisionist history doesn't change that reality
