ITAB: I agree with your entire post, with one modification:

We agree that if legit, JBI would have no trouble filing a 10k, since they have no income, few employees, and very little to account for.

But: John Bordynuik, for a second time (and by a second country), was smacked for fraud, in this case for illegally transferring assets from the children's trust to "friendlies" of JBI, and this fraud materially affects the filings.

The current CFO, whether "world class" or "mediocre", has a h&ll of a task, thanks to Honest John.
