i hear you but in the badly recorded post of Bill speaking at the dinner in New York he was talking about speaking with FINA and explained how they asked proof of finances he said they had, he provided it, it was hard to hear but everything they asked for he provided immediately. as far as I know everything he said is in line with intent to and applied for and has all the paperwork to show they applied for and has only ever said what the plans are, never said we produced anything yet or manufactured anything yet, i think we are golden IMO
