I guess what I do not really understand with the SEC is how do they know they are right JUST from looking at the filings???
Is it whistleblowers from insiders....., investors,.....competitors,...and how much realistic proof do they need or just suspicion? What are the rules they go by??? I have looked and don't see any guidelines.
I do not like a government that doesn't have to go by the rules.
