until they have a sequence of material events that can't be misinterpreted

is because imo *the usual entity that orchestrates* will utilize K and most likely Q
to do what they always do ..

today's Friday >> it's mid way thru the month (*legal short* data noted) snicker

and the back half of May *beckons* re: decoys (MMs)

so my take is *volume* .. since the 90 day keeps being reduced >> daily

in June 52 week avg falls to 40c range .. reducing YOY percentage decline from 60% range

>> entity has worked so hard to *hold*

i'll take another month of games re: JBII's *PPS* >> to get material events sequenced

if mgmt doesn't have the capability to file by say >> June 23rd or so

my suggestion would be a CC on par with co.s AGM (12.10.13)
