Here's the deal. I'm going to say this once. If you own shares you may come to the meeting and receive a copy of everything back and going forward. You need to sign an NDA. Here's the pecking order.
First you own shares. Then you come to the meeting . You sign an NDA and receive everything. You get to read it all on the plane ride home.
