(1)  Of course the document is authentic or JBII would have said so or risk a massive lawsuit from NYSE: SAI.  They said the report was improerly released -- not that it was fake.  And even admitted that it was a real report on the date it was prepared.  Duh!

(2)  The ROI is most certainly in there.  There is a maximum capital cost.  There is an estimated EBITDA.  EBITDA/capital cost = ROI.  DUH!

(3)  NYSE: SAI calculated the EBITDA.  Without justification?  Why, because some dude on the internet who can't hold down a job says so?  ROFL!!!!  I'll stick with NYSE: SAI.  Thanks anyway.  DUH DUH!!!

(4)  You and your ilk just don't like the report because it makes you look and feel stupid.  GET USED TO IT.  No offense.
