15 days for a 10k and 5 days for a 10q-so extension period ended April 15- and believe very next day otc put them into limited classification.

OTC- a public for profit company -with no regulatory power- nevertheless has decreed as of May 1 companies must also have a pps of 1c to remain on OTCQB- and if not they will be relegated to pink current- this is being phased in dependent on a companies fiscal year
