If he does I doubt it would be publicized. PR may not be positive at this time. He is one of those public personalities you either love or hate in Canada. However in the background you never know. I'm sure there is a lot going down in regards to JV discussions. I think strategy is broader than Canada, its international. Bill is 2 to 3 years ahead of us. International is how we "grow"into our OS. New Zeland then schedule 1 down to 2 then the US. Our BOD hints at this. JMHO.
