Going over the Annual Report something don't add up.

In the Financial Statement under Stockholder's equity it lists

But in the Disclosure Statement it has

Trading Symbol: PRPM
Exact title and class of securities outstanding: Common Stock
CUSIP: 743429102
Par or Stated Value: $0.0001
Total shares authorized: 7,000,000,000 as of: 01/31/14
Total shares outstanding: 5,700,971,873 as of: 01/31/14

Which one is correct?

I presume we may see a revised filing to fix it.
