Agreed, we seem to do better with-out comments from Matt.  I'm not really satisfied with the reason for the PR, this line inparticular bugs me,

investors need to understand where the company is and what it needs to get to the next level.

I thought the preferreds where the option to get enough capital to purchase the brokerage, but in this response, he clearly states that it is one of many.  Sure there are other options, but non-dilutive preferreds sure do sound a lot better than some of the alternatives.
