KING - news!



The news is just out! KING announced that company's restructuring and these are a few of the items on the list:




  1. A new preferred shareholder group (PSG) has acquired the majority stake position in KING via preferred share purchase.

  2. PSG is a New Jersey based mining and exploration group.





I guess we'll see KING back in game very soon!
