I read on the Lakeshore agenda posted somewhere on investorshangout that the subject matter you are seeking information on was to be discussed by the Lakeshore Council this past Tuesday on the 13th...No public information is available yet about that definitively anyhow.
My guess is the can got kicked down the road for another meeting to dig deeper. JMO
