At some point months ago, someone cool and experienced made a recommendation on the other board, and i think there's probably real merit to it.

Forget who it was, but they suggested that in another stock, all the core holders placed limit sell orders (at very high prices), because it forces anyone short using your shares to cover and removes those shares from the pool of available short shares.

I've got two limit sells out there for my whole position, just under a buck (in case there's some cutoff level where this applies).  Probably a coincidence, but a stream of buys came in right after I placed the orders.
