At some point you must sell your shares. It's impossible not to..if you don't sell then your money is tied up in investments and you can't EVER spend it

Homes
Helping others unfortunate
Giving to the local Church
You have to sell shares to do these things
Plus Warren Buffet says that NO ONE EVER makes money buying stock
