Here you go 2can...These are Ground Sirloin Patties...I think the Yankees call them Hamburgers...I don't put Ham in mine... Cook on 2nd rack position with lid on for 15 mins, turn and check in 15 more...look for red ooze...if you see it pull them ! Med - Med Rare...Brush a Potato roll with Olive oil and brown in oven on broil...Use Duke Mayonnaise on both sides,1 Gouda cheese slice , Patty , 1 American cheese slice, 1/8 thick sliced tomato, Guldens brown mustard , 4 dill chips , slice of white onion and close and smash...lol

Best Burger in the world...all of this is in my opinion and in no way meant to violate or disregard another's recipe...That's how I do it ! I did not disclose my seasonings on purpose.
