THE REASON THE FILING IS DELAYED IS BECAUSE HONEST JOHN COMMITTED FRAUD AGAIN IN USING HIS CHILDRENS' TRUST FUND TO ILLEGALLY COMPENSATE "FRIENDLIES", AND THESE ACTIONS MATERIALLY AFFECT THE FILINGS.
Sheesh. This is a company with virtually no income and few employees, very little activity. If legit, it would be very easy for such a company to file (what do they have to "account for" when they make no money and make no sales?). UNLESS ....
