g, he probably has a little more on his plate to worry about at this point then those guys.  I think he's stayed true to his SOP and doesn't wish to feed the bears.  I've mentioned to him in the past that silence tends to do as much damage (or more ocassioanlly) as a nice little counter-punch. He is more than likely under gag order until all of his apples and oranges are lined up in a row.  I am sure we will hear something when the timing is right and the lawyers are prepared to let him PR, IMO.
