Standard Calender Due Dates
May 15 (Thu) 10-Q, 13-F, Late 20-F
May 16 (Fri) NT 10-Q
May 20 (Tue) Late 10-Q

Since the K has not been filed yet I don't know if the NT 10-Q ought to be filed on Friday, or not.
At this point I expect an asset sale will take place before the August filing or a purchase order for processors will be issued, and the K & Q will both be filed at that time but both would essentially be a non-events.
Delaying the K & Q denies additional ammunition for company critics, so delay is ok by me.
