Maybe I am being overly hopeful, but it seems to make sense to me... if you have to be quiet for 90 days.. Might as well start while you are in the grey when the PPS is going to be down, while people wait. Going back to the pinks will cause a pop in the stock and you already (at this point, 30 day of the 90 day of silence.)
