This where the potential for offshore  exponential growth begins and the speculation as to whether we were ever going to get international exposure ends.  The shorters can go off their proverbial rockers and short it more on this news but if you ask me they'd have to be on drugs at this point to continue... the tighter they wind it the easier it will be to make the PPS explode and show up on charters radars !!!
