At the very least can we imply from the planned trip that the inspection itself would have either already taken place or there is a definite set day for inspection this week. ie. if the biggest thing right now for my company is the inspection I would not have made plans to leave the country and take a chance that HC calls me tomorrow and says "We would like to come out on Monday/Tuesday." I guess unless this is a trip that is not overly important and can be bumped if something else came up. Have to agree that this trip seems to be very telling.
