Yes, yes it is. While there's nothing extraordinary in those filings to write home about, there's certainly little to nothing to detract from the way the company has gone about handling it's business, either.
Imo, the stage is being set, no pun intended, for very good things to come.
Btw, one can understand why Tom Locke has put his best foot forward in this endeavor, seeing as he has already obtained some 1.6mil shares in FILM. Not too shabby, but worth every penny, in my book. The proof, over the past several months, has been and continues to be in the pudding, as they say.
