Dec 31, 2013 - iEquity Corp transfers all the licensing rights of Dharmanol, Yak Capsules, Yeti Honeybud Oilers, Organakoil, Red Diamond Oil, and other products, trademarks, formulations, and trade secrets that are licensed to SK3 Group's wholesale managed collectives, to Medical Greens. The transfer includes all of the intellectual property resulting from research conducted by Berkeley Bio Organic Research Laboratory including current and continuing research includes research into mixed phyto-cannabinoid carboxylates, decarboxylation processes, and cannabidiol (CBD) extraction methods. ***(Please note that this statement from the annual does not say specifically that iEquity has transferred the IP of Dharmanol...it says the licensing rights. The transfer of IP refers to current research, not past research. Dharmanol is past research.)
Feb 23, 2014 – iEquity Corp announces that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the controlling interest of Aventura Equities, Inc (AVNE).
Feb 26, 2014 - Aventura Equities signed a definitive agreement with iEquity to acquire Aventura laboratories which holds all of BBio's IP.
Feb 27, 2014 - SK3 Group Clarifies that Aventura has not acquired BBio, but does get BBio's current IP. SKTO is licensee of BBio's IP and owner of future IP.
May 14, 2014 - Aventura Equities, Inc. (AVNE) board of directors has dissolved the definitive agreement with IEquity, Corp. and associated companies effective immediately. "We will continue to focus on renewable and sustainable energy markets and will no longer pursue directly, Medical Marijuana projects or opportunities", stated Mr. Armstrong, chief executive officer and director of the Company. ****(iEquity website still lists it has controlling interest of AVNE)
Soooooooooo:
1. Does iEquity still have controlling interest in AVNE? It's still on the website.
2. Per the original AVNE press release....Somewhere somehow iEquity created Aventura laboratories and this entity holds the IP of BBio. iEquity was going to pass Aventura labs, and it's holding of BBios IP, on to AVNE(which iEquity already controls) but now it has dissolved this agreement so iEquity will maintain possession of Aventura labs and it's holding of BBios IP. And of course, it still appears that iEquity has controlling interest of AVNE. So Henry and iEquity has had BBio's IP all along. Nothing really has changed with all these musical chairs.
3. iEquity has controlling interest in AEGY.
4. iEquity has, or will soon have, controlling interest in SKTO.
Whats the point? iEquity controls everything and Henry Jan is the CEO.
