Is it possible that O/S is back up to 1 Billion? VF said so much stuff about because we are non-registrant blah blah blah I am very confused.

Is it possible to increase the O/S without us knowing? I wouldn't think so. I don't really trust the T/A numbers.. they seem outdated or wrong according to that big fight.
