That's a good answer when something is askew. It's like Armstrong saying he has no clue, either. lol They know where the deficiencies are. They are dealing with a conversant OTCM to whom they pay hefty subscriber fees, not the King of Prussia. The question is, can they fix them without self-incrimination, which can be translated as, do they really want to fix them?
