It is impossible to come to any conclusion with the PR today. It can mean anything-now, it is basically about the risk tolerance for everyone since noone here knows a thing about what is going to happen. If the preferred is selling like hot cake; did he need to release this?
Update about what when there is nothing to update at all. There wasn't the slightest light in this PR-he should have just shut up unless something bad us coming. This us IMO- I'm holding though since there us no point for me selling down here.
