I think the Market Makers have several 100 million shares that they are sitting on. When we do get the license and it starts to go, I don't think you will see many large blocks bought. The MM's will sell it in smaller blocks to keep the price rising. It may very well go up 2 or 300 %. They make money pushing it down and pushing it up.
