I think the MM's or people with a lot of shares will continue to manipulate this into the twenties. These flippers...
It's a little unsettling that we only reached the forties with this news. But, I remember that this was not actual FDA Approval and it was manipulated the whole time and had people just flipping.
I try to think of what was different from early March and now. I see that we had over 600 million shares traded on March 6th and 7th.
I know that with official FDA approval to proceed with clinical trails, we should see volume of this type (300 million a day).
I think a lot of heavy investors are still waiting for approval.
