First. let me say this real slow so all can understand it- the permit problem is not HIMR's fault and could not been handled differently. CET went through the same. I'll agree HIMR could have handled some of their public relations with shareholders a lot better, but this is not their doing. Noopners is correct, a lot of politics in Panama, but we have some very creditable folks on our side as well. so this WILL get done.
