There is a form to fill out yourself, learn how to do it and what it is for.  Do DD on the PR and get YOUR own answers. If everyone wants to pick it apart then get to work on it. Dont listen to nonscence by posters on boards. That IS what makes you loose money.  A PR is a PR and it is just that, a CEO telling you the updated news about their company. Take it or leave it!  Educate yourself or loose money, it is up to you.
