Hi, stephen.brewer. I agree with you. While I have expected delays, I think they dropped the ball on the permit issue. I think it shows their inexperience in a number of areas. This delay is going to cause the company to eat through another 6-8 billion shares in dilution before revenues can start coming in. They cannot afford another holdup. if they do, we will be looking at a R/S as they will be out of money. jmo
