Great News everybody! TDA has lifted the chill and allows buying of ICPA now! I just did a test buy order through my TDA account and it went through! Thank you , Steve, for talking to them and solved this problem. Too bad, I have already started the process of transfering my account to Etrade, so my cash is on the way and I can't buy more ICPA tomorrow.
