DESTIN, Fla., Oct. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Concordis Group, Inc. (OTC Markets: CNGI), a growing financial holding company, today announced its CEO Thomas C. Blake is in the process of negotiating an acquisition of a domestic insurance company.

Mr. Blake who is the founder of Wilshire Consultants LLC, has extensive background in the domestic insurance market and was previously the CEO of Colony Life Insurance Company where sales exceeded 60 million. He previously worked at Continental Casualty, CNA, Aetna Life and Casualty and Interstate Group Administrators.

Mr. Blake stated, "I see this potential acquisition as a perfect fit with our captive insurance company business."
