So you received the same reports for second and third quarter that Alan claims to have received, yet now he claims it was only an "interim" report. Past claims of receiving quarterly reports after signing an NDA at the same time as the two quarterly PRs?? The fact you understood Alan's post makes me believe you are one in the same.
