This rep is 100% incorrect in what he is saying to you. The Chill is on deposits of new stock certs by people like me and insiders. There is no Chill at all on free market trades. Both buys and sells have been happening all day long.  This is the only firm that seems to not know what in the world they are doing. I am speaking to their compliance department to fix their mistake.
