Talked with knowledgeable executive who doesn't invest OTC, but follows trends: Opportunities for legitmate firms with capital and good management to enter mmj sector, but scared away by exposure to legal thorns. Needs to be codified by feds first. What one admin approves, the next could countermand. Sees raw MJ price declining steeply. Sees OTC in general as minefield, but can be useful as "sacrificial lambs." (Obviously, in different league and, in that position, not a gambler, but I like to get an outside perspective from time to time.)
