The last audited report I have received was through May of 2013. I have emailed Emmett a couple times to inquire if updated interim reports are available for those who have signed NDA's. I never got a response and I assumed they were unavailable. (I have gotten responses to other emails I have sent Emmett, but not to those emails.) The only updates on operations I am aware of since those provided to me in May of 2013 have been the publicly released financial results.
If there are interim reports available I would again email Emmett and request them.
