You really need to work on your comprehension. I said no such thing. I posted a link with a search for Kay Meyer which revealed no result by that name and I asked for help. You posted the link with the clear inference that Collette K Meyer was in fact Kay Meyer.
Now you are backing away from that inference. I claimed the company had provided audited financials which I have in my possession, you cannot spin it any other way. You were wrong and I am telling the truth, plain and simple and we both know it. You would have know this too if in fact you owned shares and had requested financials and agreed to sign a NDA.
