No clue why they were shut down.
PHOT stayed up for a few days after trading resumed & then was gone. I noticed TRTC was gone the same day. I wondered if the companies/SEC had a hand in it, since I think the "third party manipulation" that got PHOT halted had roots on Yahoo/SA.
