Isnt this illegal? So anyone with a TD acct is losing an opportunity to gain shares and it's driving the share price down by not allowing trades and stating there is a chill order(which is a downright lie) from DTC thats possibly causing panic selling. The DTC should take action, ICPA should be able to take action as well as govt regulators! Or am i naive?
