Lowman---Need your brains!!!! Been filling out of Fidelity last two weeks @ .003 and .0031---Filled today at .0030---- but had a open GTC set .0031
Called Fidelity to change from NOBO to OBO listing. Do you think they are borrowing stock out of these acct.???? Have accts. in Ameritrade---OBO
E-TRADE---called them.
