How about by Jan 1, 2015? That's over seven months away. An actual completed sale of a processor to an unaffiliated party at a price above the scrap value of a processor, not an LOI, MOU or other uncompleted agreement? If that's not enough time in your opinion, we can do Jan 1, 2016....
In Nov, 2011, Steady_T drew a line in the sand at Jan 1, 2013 during the last business plan. He was convinced profitable production of a processor would happen in a few months. Thirteen months later when it didn't happen, he tacitly reset his timeline to 'indefinite'. I suspect that's what will happen here too, assuming JBI doesn't go completely dark.
