The challenge for this company will be managing debt. Instead of increasing the o/s we must sell to new investors a plan that reduces risk. That my friend will get investors looking and maybe hitting the buy button.

All this going to court stuff is not for a well ran company. You avoid those
directions when at all possible. it is a distraction and that time doesn't turn into profits. It is my hope the new legal team are great negotiators and can resolve differences and even reconcile to the other side.
