We are all looking for the shorters to get burnt.  NSS goes on all the time and on all the exchanges.

But  with revs they will get burnt no matter what exchange we are on but yes a better chance on a higher exchange.

As far as after hours trading there is none in TECO. What we are seeing are trades that are late in settling.
