due to govt's previous unwillingness to solve illegal mine problem via boots on the ground, govt rd tape and premature cancelling of all permits nationwide dec 2011 just before 12-21-11 cwrn ship and then extra audits 2012 finished mar 6 govt =port tried to confiscate port ore on basis of staying there too long when the govt caused the problem- so cwrn sued port and won and that ore plus 23000 more tons shipped on the monster 80256 ton Panamax May 2013
given this history it seemed likely the port was delaying again as a sore loser but the new 7a version of Navials website posted recently by kubi? does not signal any long expected delays w port-or they would be rushing a ship loading station permit-which they now dont forecast for 3-5 years-old web version forecasted by 2014
new web site says they have all the permits
they have at least several Panamax worth of inventory
they should've lined up a customer by now even if they chose not to stay w Bao
one doesnt create a huge concession empire just to sit on it- CWRN last we knew was their most advanced mine by far
extra audits this year like 2012 due to illegal mines?
so all logic indicates they should ship soon-Brad no doubt has the money for the ship charter-so should be no no problem mate
at this point
it does take months to line up a ship sometimes esp to save on shipping costs-as Bao did after the 2012 extra audits were finished Mar 6- shipping june 12 2012
if the 69000 plus ton Aristides ship due May 29 is for us that would be similar timing- using a ship transporting something from Asia to close by in USA to return to Asia w iron to save on shipping costs
Clark and perhaps kubi has port ship site info somewhere-but port sometimes doesnt show ship even after it arrives, let alone this far out,and when i googled the port today I kept getting redirected-crazy
